The best investment I've ever made was when I bought a house. I had been renting for years, and it was getting to the point where I was ready to buy. The market was moving up in value, and I knew that if I didn't buy now, things might get more expensive later on. Plus, the interest rates were at their lowest since the Great Recession. So it seemed like a good time to get in on this market boom.
And boy am I glad that I did! Not only did my house appreciate in value over time, but it also became an excellent investment because it allowed me to build equity as well as provide me with a safe place to live with all of my stuff. If you're thinking about buying a house someday, don't wait too long. You might miss out on some sweet deals.
