If you want to increase the amount of dividends, you need to increase the amount of profit.

One way to increase dividends is by increasing the company's profits and earnings. If you want to raise your profits, then you have to focus on your customers. If you can figure out what they want and need, then you can give them a product or service that will help them in some way. That way, they'll be more likely to buy it from you over someone else.
You can also increase profits by hiring more people who work harder than before. Or maybe you need better equipment so that your employees don't have to work as hard and can make more money for themselves while still helping out their company as well? Maybe hiring a consultant would help?
